Your delivery timeline

1. Order placed — You receive an order acknowledgement after successful checkout.
2. Processing and quality checks — Normally 1–3 business days.
3. Dispatch and tracking — Tracking is normally issued within 48 hours after dispatch.
4. Standard transit — Normally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch.
5. Delivery — Follow the carrier updates through our Track Order page.

   Shipping charges

   The shipping charge and any available free-shipping offer are shown in the cart or at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed TUOGA shipping or handling charges after checkout.

   Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, international import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be payable by the recipient.
