TUOGA began with a simple idea: customers should not have to choose between fair prices and honest information.

Many ecommerce products move through long chains of distributors before reaching the customer. TUOGA uses a direct-fulfillment model for some products, working with selected factories and fulfillment warehouses in Asia. This can reduce unnecessary retail markups, but it also creates a longer delivery journey. Rather than hide that trade-off, we explain it clearly: preparation and quality checks normally take 1–3 business days, and standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days.

Every shipped order receives tracking when available, and our customer-support channels remain open throughout the journey. We continue to review product quality, fulfillment performance, delivery issues, and customer feedback so we can improve our selection and service.

What guides our story

  • Tell customers what we know, including realistic delivery expectations.
  • Do not invent scarcity, reviews, certifications, origins, or performance claims.
  • Use quality checks and trackable shipping to reduce uncertainty.
  • Resolve problems under clear policies and applicable consumer law.
