3. Product information and direct fulfillment

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors, appearance, dimensions, and specifications may vary within disclosed tolerances or because of device display, lighting, or manufacturing batch. Some products ship directly from selected factories or fulfillment warehouses in Asia. This model supports competitive pricing but normally involves 1–3 business days for preparation and quality checks and an estimated 7–15 business days for standard transit after dispatch.

4. Prices, shipping charges, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in the displayed currency. The checkout total shows amounts collected by TUOGA, including disclosed shipping and applicable taxes collected by us. Unless checkout expressly states that destination duties and taxes are included, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by authorities or carriers. TUOGA does not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges after checkout.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We accept an order when we send shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance for inventory, payment, pricing error, legal restriction, address, security, or suspected fraud reasons. If captured payment relates to a cancelled order, we issue the required refund.

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Tracking is normally issued within 48 hours after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the stated shipping terms.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

The Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-day return window for eligible items. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; it cannot be guaranteed after preparation begins. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, and refund rights remain unaffected.

Promotions may have separate dates, eligibility rules, exclusions, and quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may correct errors and address fraud or abuse subject to applicable law.

These limits do not apply where prohibited, including to fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory protections of your place of residence may apply. 14. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays effective.
