- Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how TUOGA uses cookies and similar technologies on www.tuoga.com. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on or accessed from a device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, and software development tools. They can operate the cart and checkout, remember choices, prevent fraud, measure performance, and support advertising.
2. Categories we may use
- Strictly necessary — security, consent records, network management, cart, checkout, login, payment flow, fraud prevention, and requested services.
- Preferences — language, region, display, and remembered settings.
- Analytics — visits, traffic sources, navigation, errors, fulfillment-page usage, and performance.
- Advertising — campaign measurement, audience creation, frequency control, or personalized advertising where legally permitted.
- Embedded or social content — functions supplied by another provider, which may process data under its own notice.
3. Consent and legal choices
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, or similar rules apply, TUOGA uses non-essential cookies only after valid consent. Essential cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for a service you requested. Where U.S. state privacy laws apply, certain analytics or advertising may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising and may be subject to opt-out rights.
4. Manage or withdraw your choice
Use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer or consent banner to accept, reject, or change non-essential categories. Rejecting non-essential cookies must be as easy as accepting them where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Browser controls can also delete or block cookies, but blocking essential technologies may prevent cart, checkout, login, fraud prevention, or privacy settings from working.
5. First- and third-party technologies
First-party cookies are set through TUOGA’s domain. Third-party technologies may be operated by service providers supporting payments, security, analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other site functions. We do not promise that information is never disclosed to third parties; instead, we limit disclosure to lawful purposes and describe it transparently in the Privacy Policy.
6. Duration and live inventory
Session cookies usually expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain until expiration or deletion. The live Cookie Settings panel should identify the current categories and, where required, cookie names, providers, purposes, and durations.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technology, providers, or law changes. We will post the revised version and effective date.

LAUNCH CHECK — Scan the production website after all plugins, payment gateways, analytics, pixels, embeds, and consent tools are active. Configure prior blocking, Accept All, Reject All, granular choices, withdrawal, consent records, and applicable browser preference signals. The live inventory must match actual technologies.
